What Is Stability.org? A Smarter Way to Organize Disaster Relief
After every disaster, there’s one thing consistently missing—and it’s not food, water, or shelter.
It’s coordination.
That’s where Stability.org steps in.
A Platform Born from Experience
Stability.org was founded by Rob Gaudet, the CEO of Ground Force Humanitarian Aid, and a software architect with more than 20 years of experience in technology and over 8 years of hands-on disaster response.
Frustrated by the inefficiencies of grassroots disaster relief, Rob created Stability to solve the biggest challenge in crisis response: the chaos that follows a disaster when there’s no system in place to connect willing volunteers with urgent needs.
What Is Stability?

Stability is a web-based disaster coordination platform that uses AI-powered tools to help communities, volunteers, and organizations operate in sync during emergencies.
It replaces disorganized, manual communication (like group texts and spreadsheets) with a central, intelligent system. With Stability, volunteers can be efficiently matched to tasks based on their skills and availability. Relief leaders can track, assign, and adjust efforts in real time. And entire communities can self-organize with clarity and speed.
Ground Force x Stability: Two Halves of the Same Mission
Ground Force Humanitarian Aid focuses on boots-on-the-ground response. We train, deploy, and support volunteers in real-life disaster zones.
Stability.org is our digital backbone—built by the same leadership—designed to organize and empower community-based groups to take a bigger role in disaster relief.
Together, we transform chaos into coordinated care.

Turning Community Groups into Relief Teams
Without a platform, citizen-led disaster relief is guesswork.
With Stability, it becomes a force multiplier.
Stability is built to support churches, rotary clubs, neighborhood coalitions, and other local groups—giving them everything they need to function like professional response teams. That means:
- Real-time task assignments
- Easy volunteer onboarding
- Resource tracking and needs assessments
- Communication tools to stay synced
- A shared map of who’s helping where
These are the same tools Ground Force uses during active disasters—now available to any community that wants to step up and help their own.
Why It Matters
After a disaster, people want to help. But without clear direction, good intentions often get lost.
Stability turns that willingness into action.
And when paired with Ground Force’s field-tested systems, we’re able to turn everyday volunteers into an unstoppable force for good.
